We accept samples for research from all over Ukraine and abroad. Samples can be sent by mail or courier service (for example, Novaya Poshta).

Consultations are conducted in person or remotely (video communication). If necessary, a specialist can travel.

In most cases, a few milligrams or milliliters are enough. The exact amount depends on the type of sample and the research task.

The laboratory of LLC NSF "OTAVA" is certified according to the standard DSTU EN ISO 10012:2022 (EN ISO 10012:2003, IDT; ISO 10012:2003, IDT)

According to the results of the research, the customer receives an official protocol or report with the signature of the responsible person and the company seal.

In such cases, a combination of analytical methods is selected, several stages of measurements and interpretation of results are carried out, which affects the cost of the work.

This can be compared to the difference between a standard mass-produced product and work performed individually for a specific task.

A full-fledged laboratory test is a complex study that requires the use of expensive analytical equipment and the time of specialists.
