Before sending the sample, it is necessary to coordinate its transfer with the laboratory. The sample must be accompanied by an e-mail with the technical specifications and the invoice number.

Transferring the sample to the laboratory means the Customer's full agreement with the Rules. Samples sent without prior agreement, without the Customer's identification or those that may contain prohibited substances may not be accepted for testing and are subject to disposal.

Personal consultations are held by appointment, as the laboratory specialists are busy performing the tests. Please arrange the time of the visit in advance. The laboratory reserves the right not to accept visitors without prior agreement of the time of the visit.
